Our Three Areas of Management Consulting:

Financial Services Consulting: N.A. provides consulting services to banks, insurance companies and brokerage firms.  
Services Include:

• General financial services consulting for product development, distribution systems and operations design
• Advice focused on the distribution of insurance and brokerage products through banks
• Support for acquisition and divestiture activities

Bob Nellson generally works on his own, but also does work with other individual and consulting firms with the needs of a particular assignment warrant more resources or different skill sets.  In particular, there is an ongoing close relationship with DeHayes Consulting Group (DCG, www.DCGCorp.com) where Bob Nellson is a Managing Director Emeritus. 

Venture Support: N.A. provides support to venture companies in their start-up phase.  Some of this work is done in anticipation of forming a new venture.
